The uniform shop is the sole supplier of the school uniform and it cannot be purchased elsewhere.
To help keep school communities safe, the NSW Department of Education has directed all uniform shops within school grounds to operate online.
At present we have the uncertainty of Covid lockdowns, restricted access to the uniform shop and limited scheduled collection dates/times. To avoid disappointment during the busy “Back to School” trade, we are asking that all purchases or lay-bys be made online before the end of the year.

BVC Student - Note: Student Name and Year. Order will be issued to student through the school, when face to face learning resumes. 

Gate Collection - Collect from school gate at the scheduled date/time. Please check in/out using our Covid QR code.

To help families, we are offering 0% deposit lay-bys until 17.12.2021

  • Download and complete the "Lay-by/Order Form" below
  • Send completed "Lay-by/Order Form" to or alternatively leave at the school office (please allow extra processing time if left at the school office)
  • Once the “Lay-by/Order Form” has been received, an invoice will be generated and emailed to the supplied email address or the parent/carer will be contacted if no email address has been supplied
  • Lay-bys require 20% deposit – regular fortnightly or monthly repayments over a 90 day period (items cannot be given until full payment is received)
  • "Lay-by/Order Form" can also be obtained at the uniform shop or school office

Uniform Sizing

Where possible try to size your child’s uniform before purchasing. We realise that children grow quickly at this age and we often recommend purchasing 1-2 sizes larger than their current uniform. (depending on their growth pattern) Please note: Sizes and fits may vary slightly between the different uniform items. Returns and refund policy (Updated June, 2020)

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, please email to arrange a return or refund.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange all returns need to be received with proof of purchase, in original condition (Not worn or washed) within 120 days of the original transaction. Please note: Marked down items and 2nd hand stock are not refundable or exchangeable.

Lifetime warranty Harlequin offers a manufacturers’ warranty on all products as stated on each product swing tag or product description. Unless otherwise stated, we warrant against any faulty workmanship and/or materials, excluding discounted products sold as imperfect or seconds, any misuse of products, products not used for their intended use or products that have been worn incorrectly, products exposed to UV light, bleaching or expected normal wear and tear of product. Please return the product to the place of purchase with a copy of the receipt, so they can forward it on to Harlequin. If any product is deemed to have a manufacturer's fault, then it will be fixed or replaced at no extra cost to the customer.
